The callout fee for a locked-out apartment/house service is AU$220 Inclusive GST which includes x3 standard cut keys (extra hours thereafter are charged @ AU$95p/h Inclusive GST).
Any parts required due to broken mechanism(s) will be extra when required.
Cylinder lock repairs for Euro profile cylinders & mortise door locks can be replaced as well.
(Yale, Blaugelb, ABUS, BKS, WinkHaus, greenteQ, G-U, etc.)
This lockout rate is for Sydney city suburb only.
Interstate locksmiths in some areas will be higher.
